Liked: Clean hotel, staff was courteous , friendly and polite..!!
Disliked: My only complaint was the water pressure was low Im used to good water pressure showers. And I wish housekeepers would clean our room After we went out ( after 11:00am ) came back And room the same , because we f Missed first round of cleaning..

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: I arrived for check-in at a timely 8:30 pm, anticipating a smooth process. However, upon receiving my room key and entering, I was met with the startling discovery that it was already occupied by other guests. This mishap led the receptionist into a frantic search for an alternative room that matched my original booking—a king suite, crucial for my wedding preparations and the makeup artist arriving the next morning. Unfortunately, the hotel appeared to be overbooked, leaving me stranded in the lobby for over an hour as the receptionist diligently checked available rooms, cautious of repeating the mistake.During this uneasy wait, a distressing encounter unfolded with a woman in the lobby who, despite her card being declined multiple times, refused to leave and persistently pleaded with me to fund a week's stay for her. Amidst this, I remained without a room, my luggage and wedding dress in hand.Ultimately, the hotel managed to secure a room for me, though it was a disappointing downgrade from what I had reserved and paid for. In a makeshift attempt to compensate, they provided a picnic table from the janitor's closet to serve as a makeshift "suite." Dissatisfied, I requested a refund, only to be informed that the matter would have to be resolved through Booking.com. After contacting booking.com they have refused to do anything since they can’t “contact the property.”

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location of the Inn was good.
Disliked: The shower curtain was very dirty. There were roaches near the vanity mirror and on the floor under the sink counter in the bathroom. After that, I could not enjoy my stay and was paranoid trying to sleep at night because of the roaches. I took a picture of on of the roach I killed and the dirty shower curtain. Attached to this complaint. I did not like the breakfast. There should be 2 choices of breakfast alternative meats, pork and a different type of meat labeled for kosher or healthier life style individuals. Either, chicken and or turkey sausage links or patties . Not just the dry hard cold pork patties (not everyone eats pork, ham and bacon) that was served. Also, there should be hot scrambled eggs with and without cheddar cheese. What was served was a small tasteless cold and very hard imitation powdered egg omelet with american cheese (it seemed to be microwaved, because it was also rubbery and chewy). It tasted fake and not very edible. Also, there were no hot chocolate powder for folks who do not drink coffee or tea.I did not stay my full 2 nights at the Inn.I checked out of the Inn the very next day, but I was still charged by booking.com. I still have not recieved a reimbursement for the night I did not stay.It was just a horrible, un-enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
