Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

Liked: Close to a lot of amenities
Disliked: NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM. This is a deal breaker, plus ice was on another floor. Staff who checked us in got off on a tangent about a woman who was trying to get an increase in her child support when she wasn't working. What a jerk

Liked: Clean, modern, very friendly and kind staff (shoutout to Jamal at the front desk!).
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited (more so than usual for a holiday inn express) in terms of food and there was no seating.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, located very close to hospital.
Disliked: don't care much for the to go breakfast. having to pay for parking.

Liked: Location to Conference
Disliked: The breakfast was poorly managed. The coffee was cold, food was not placed out timely. The room to sit in needed several tables wiped down.
