Liked: The evening front desk staff member was excellent. He was able to come to our room and get the TV working which was greatly appreciated.The morning was disappointing. While staff was pleasant, the facility had a landscaping crew blowing in bark entirely too early. That was a big oversight from a customer service point of view.

Liked: Location was safe, close to freeway, right on the river, great breakfast, quiet
Disliked: Someone was smoking on the balcony in the room next to use and the smell got into the room

Liked: The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub also great.
Disliked: Rooms need upgrades for the beds. Value for room was a little to high.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!!The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!
Disliked: Little better lighting in the bathroom. Easier key pad entry into the room.
