Poor

Disliked: Horrible service from front desk, gave me a room that wasnt clean… bed wasnt made, the tv was on. Then when i told front desk he had a rude attitude. Then put me in room 302 which doesnt lock, door look like its been broken into, didnt feel safe at all being by stairs, heat didnt work, and smell like urine. This the worst i ever experience from wingate. Extremely disappointed.

Disliked: Felt extremely unsafe due to male staff taking a key and literally trying to enter our room before checkout. Thank God my Friend was there to immediately push the door closed so he couldn't enter the room. This is absolutely unacceptable! Will never book here again due to safety concerns. Everyone please be safe out there & have a safety plan in place regardless of where you stay.

Liked: Staff were so nice & accommodating. Every person was so sweet & professional. The beds were amazing!
Disliked: The toilet in our room was leaking all on the floor when we got there at 1:45am. The elevator & hall wreaked of marijuana. To each their own but keep it outside. The smell was so strong & awful!! 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 4 guest is no where near enough. Should stock extra in the room.

Disliked: Broken furniture in the room no coffee just tea k- pods, bathroom not as clean as you would expect.
