Disliked: People above were loud but not the properties fault.

Disliked: Handicapped husband had to go outside to go into pool area pool door not very wide for wheelchair

Terrible guest service

Liked: Breakfast. Room was clean. Pillows were soft.
Disliked: Reserved a king suite with soaking tub, but there was no soaking tub. The room had been recently renovated. You could see where there was a soaking tub. Talked to 4 different people. Of those 4 one employee offered a $50 discount. Another plainly stated that the bathtub is what they are calling a soaking tub. I guess maybe if you are a toddler you could soak in that tub. Not sure what bee got in her bonnet, but that was terrible guest service. Our room did not have a tv remote or a do not disturb hanger for the door.

Liked: My favorite hotel in the area. Hot tub and pool are wonderful. Staff is awesome. Safeway in parking lot and nice steak restaurant next door.
