Liked: breakfast was crowded but excellent. The bathroom was immaculate and a great shower. The location was perfect with great concierge assistance. A perfect stay. I will certainly stay there again.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located within a 5 min walk of Penn Station - very convenient for those traveling through Newark airport. Breakfast is included.

Avoid until elevator situation is...

Liked: Had to get down early, but it was a full selection breakfast.
Disliked: Elevators. How is it possible one elevator out of two is down for weeks?

Strategic position in Chelsea, nice...

Liked: The room was quite nice, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was fine. There was an acceptable level of noise, considering the Manhattan's area the hotel is located in.
Disliked: Breakfast was far from satisfactory. The juice machines were out of order for two consecutive days and there was little choice of desserts. But the main problem is the size of the breakfast room, considering the number of customers. There was always a long wait to find a table and the distance between the tables and the customers was very small, so, once seated, we almost touched the customers who were still serving themselves.

Liked: Perfect location near Penn station. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very clean. Great staff. Reasonable price.
Disliked: No enough fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast. Only pre-cooked scrabled eggs with no possibility of even buying freshly fried eggs.
