Liked: The staff was very good. The property was nice, and clean
Disliked: In our room, the bathroom hair in the tub and on the floor. There were stains on the bed lining and also hair on one of the wash cloths .

I love it here. As...

Liked: Laneka was the most pleasant encounter we had from the start. And then talking with her she shared that this was actually her second shift job. Wow to have an employee that is so sweet and considerate after working another job is just a jewel. I hope she is recognized and appreciated for her services. I enjoyed seeing her and talking her as much as I love staying her year after year.
Disliked: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything. My only “peeve” is that the room didn’t get as cold as I liked. But I’m a hot natured person.

Liked: This was our 4th stay at this hotel in the past year. We love to location near the convention center and Broadway at the Beach. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The pancake machine is always a hit.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was excellent especially the girl on night shift. Hotel was clean beds were super comfy. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a lot of healthy options.
Disliked: Would have been cool to have an indoor pool.

Good

Liked: Great location & breakfast, quiet halls, friendly staff and comfy beds.
Disliked: The interior of the room and bathroom were clean but very worn.

Awesome place to stay and...

Liked: I loved the location and cleanliness. The lobby was awesome. The hotel had you if you forgot to bring toiletries. Awesome snack bar!
Disliked: Everything was awesome!

It was the perfect location....

Liked: We arrived a little early for our check in but the room was ready and clean. The check in process was very fast and easy. The desk manager was courteous and professional. Everything about the hotel was clean neat and well appointed.
Disliked: The showers had little to no pressure. I think it had to be the type of showerhead in the room.
