Liked: The staff who checked us in was so nice and friendly. I believe his name was Daniel. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The television in our room wasn’t working, he tried fixing the problem but wasn’t able so he switched our room and made sure everything worked in our new room. He was excellent!
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything

Liked: Hot yummy breakfast. Standard rooms. Liked the crater lake mural wall paper on wall. Made me feel like I was truly in Oregon. Easy to access location, close to all Medford has to offer.
Disliked: Wall paper around the window was in need of replacing. Light fixtures didn't match.
