Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed myself. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come again to stay and recommend anybody to book a room :)

Liked: 10 min walk from Times sq. Barely standard hotel chain services, with breakfast included, decent beds, kettle inside your room etc
Disliked: I really didn't like that I couldn't collect IHG (Holiday Inn) points for this reservation (because it was done via booking.com). This stay was quite expensive and I counted to get a minor reward (like free onboard wifi during my return flight, this is payable with miles/points). However, either IHG or booking.com were way too greedy this time

Excellent stay

Liked: I have stayed with children for two nights and was absolutely satisfied with my stay. The location was near the city center so after the excursion we went on foot from the 7th Avenue and found the hotel very easily. The check in was very quick with all the questions answered. I would mark the exceptional cleanliness of the room. It was pretty crowded during the breakfast but we found a table for us to eat without waiting. The range of food for the breakfast was very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
