Liked: Staff is the best, breakfast is a big plus, ease of location, close to attractions and subways, great block with shops and restaurants.
Disliked: No issues.

Liked: The location was excellent and the fact that they provided snacks for you to take with you at breakfast time was a nice touch.
Disliked: The air con/heater was intermittently faulty.

Liked: Breakfast was great and with many options, the location was great with easy access to subway, many restaurants around the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable, checking process was easy
Disliked: Rooms are small, but this is the rule in NY

Top notch location at more...

Liked: Top notch value for the location. It's got all the stock standard things you need, this place is perfect if you just need a base to explore the city from. Comes with a fine breakfast for those looking to save some money.
Disliked: The breakfast area can be a bit of a zoo. Not really enough room if it's a full house. Not the end of the world, but just a heads up, if you want to get in and have a seat, be prepared to wait a bit or to be in a crowd.

I enjoyed my week staying...

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the location was brilliant. Plenty of bars, restaurants, take out places around that area. The subway was just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Disliked: The lift. I got stuck in it for a few minutes. It wouldn't go from 10 down to 1. The 1 button wouldn't work. So I pressed 2 which got the lift moving and then the 1 button worked again. The lift sometimes took a while to come up to 10.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. The temperature control worked well. Best of all it was really quiet. There were plenty of options for breakfast, hot and cold.
Disliked: Nothing sticks out... Overall a positive experience.
