Won’t happen again

Liked: Breakfast was clean and the staff was great.
Disliked: The room, one of the beds could feel the springs while they slept, the shower sucked / the floor had black on it and clearly not cleaned properly and as often as needed. comforters were not clean. Room still had chips and food crumbs from previous group. Hair all over the comforter and chairs. Outlets didn’t all work.

Superb

Liked: stay in the hotel was really good. quite spacious room, comfortable beds, pool, good breakfast. they offered free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: the elevator was too slow.

Comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of seating
Disliked: All was good.

Good

Liked: The shuttle bus to the airport.
Disliked: Breakfast was disgusting and poor. Disposable plates and plastic knives that bend when trying to use them. Horrible dry eggs. I expected so much more.

Exceptional

Convenient hotel near the airport

Liked: The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. The staff was helpful, as they were able to lend us a luggage cart and a scale to weigh our luggage. Parking was free. The place was a few minutes away from the airport and the car rental.

Had a great stay there...

Liked: Really nice and clean, safe parking, close to the Kia Forum, pool and hot tub, and good free breakfast! Good Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap in large bottles in the bathroom.
Disliked: No complaints, except maybe for some reason there was only one large towel in the bathroom for two adults so had to ask for another one but it was no problem getting one.

Amazing

Liked: Excellent breakfast, clean room, chirpy and helpful staff. Airport shuttle was a bonus!
