Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast spread was good, friendly staff.
Disliked: The booking details mentioned about the available facilities for disabled however we were not provided with a wheelchair when asked at the reception for my mother who is old and was unable to walk. Also during our stay the pool and gym were 'Out of service' due to maintenance which was very disappointing. Except for the breakfast nothing was pleasing and enjoyable during our stay.
