The hotel was clean and very friendly the front desk, housekeeping was a 10 all round. We come to Tyler once a year on business - I will make it a point to book my hotel with Holiday Inn. I had the best weekend and will be back. Great place to spend the weekend - very clean, nice people, close to everything.

Liked: The front desk was welcoming and so nice. I loved how they had warm cookies in the afternoons in the lobby. That was a great treat coming back from running errands.
Disliked: The bed was the only thing I would say was bad. The bed was very high and you had to almost run and jump to get in it.

Disliked: No complaints. They had issues with the keys the late night I came in and the young girl at the desk acted quickly and had a new key for me in the morning. The original hotel room I had smelled like the bathroom was mopped with a dirty mop and she immediately got me a new room and reimbursed me for the key issue. Overall very happy with the experiences

Disliked: One time card room card didn't work, went to front desk to get new card, new card did not work, cleaning staff had to let us in and they said the cards don't work about half the time.

Tyler Holiday Inn Express Review

Liked: The bed was very comfortable the room was spacious with a seating area and desk. All amenities were present.
Disliked: I prefer a walkin shower to a tub. Although the bathroom was small,it was well stocked.
