Overall had an awesome trip. Great location; lots of food options and things to do and see that are close enough to walk.

Liked: Breakfast; attentive staff; nicely furnished room. Refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Pillows not stuffed enough - head went right through.

Disliked: Food kept running out during breakfast One of our rooms was dirty Elevator felt unsafe Staff after the initial booking was less than helpful Couldnt get new towels or extra pillows for the kids in a timely manner.

Liked: The only thing i can say good about them is the lady who booked my room got us an upgraded room for free to accomodate our family of 5.
Disliked: We were Extremely disappointed with this hotel and their service. The elevator seemed unsafe. The key cards kept malfunctioning so we had to get several new ones through our stay. The food ran out in the morning before 930am two of the days we were there.
