Liked: The man on the front desk when we were checking out was absolutely lovely.
Disliked: We called ahead of time and asked about the pool (which was out of order) and was told they had one. The TV wouldn’t work and the doors were so poorly fitted/thin that the noises in the halls kept my little up all night.

Liked: Newly refurbished , good location, staff helpful
Disliked: New LVL flooring was cold and transferred noise (footsteps in above room were too loud and annoying)

Liked: All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast watched over by a terrific lady. Maids were very attentive, as were the reception staff.
Disliked: Nothing. There is not a thing that I would have complained about.
