Liked: They were absolutely amazing. So kind and accommodating. The entire staff took care of our every need. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice place close to Frost...

Liked: Within 10 minutes of Frost Bank Center. Satisfactory price. Friendly staff and hotel was clean. Shower had bar to help yourself in and out of the tub. Better than average complimentary breakfast. No charge for parking and no deposit required. Drop off door cards for easy and fast exit.
Disliked: Neighborhood wasn't the best, not terrible but not great. Parking kinda tight and limited. Toilet sits kinda low but I know some people will have little ones.

Liked: Clean, great price, and breakfast was better than any hotel that I've stayed in.
Disliked: No

Liked: The staff was great and the location was good.
Disliked: The elevator was the slowest I ever experienced, for all 5 days of my trip. The hotel has seen better days. For example, several floir tiles in my bathroom were horribly cracked. Step it up Holiday Inn. This place badly needs a total upgrade.
