Disliked: First room had malfunctioning thermostat keeping room to warm. Front desk quickly moved us to nearby room without problems.

Liked: Great location, clean room/bed, pretty quiet, and decent breakfast provided in the morning. We stay here every time we visit family in OKC and it hasn’t disappointed. The front desk staff this visit was great!
Disliked: Only complaint is that the bathroom walls around the toilet were not properly cleaned.

Liked: Very clean, smelled great breakfast was always ready and available. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Great small, nice and clean.

Disliked: my spose got sick and we had to leave after just one night. The local staff was unable to refund the unused night and trying to contact booking.com was a loser. No phone number to call
