Liked: Bad hotel.
Disliked: They gave us a number witch allready was used by another people, when we enter the room, we scared them. The after half an hour they gave us another room. Not clean, smels cigaretts, dirty carpets. Very dangerous neighborhood. We heard in the morning, that just outside hotel in a parkin a women was attacked and robbed. We travel to other Holliday inn hotels and had better experience, this was a disaster.

Nice room, rude welcome.

Liked: Room was nice Breakfast was good Parking (paid) was safe
Disliked: The check in process was awkward / unpleasant. This hotel does not accept walk-in customers -- they sent my husband back to the car to make reservations on his phone. I took over and went to Booking.com to get a reservation. Then when we approached the desk, we were scolded for not using the IHG website. Next I had to initial about 15 items of things that i promised not to do regarding pets and parties and damages. It was ridiculous and not welcoming at all.
