Liked: The morning receptionist was very pleasant, I asked about things unrelated to the stay,she was very nice.
Disliked: Night receptionist at check-in, constantly personal cell,VERY impersonal, unhelpful, elevator floor sticky nasty,and dining room nasty,the entire stay,appear to be NO maintenance.

I love Holiday INN

Liked: staff was super friendly and helpful,we needed extra room for kids couple days later and they were super helpful we got additional room right next door .
Disliked: knocking on the doors is little to loud when announcing room service
