Liked: Wonderful staff.Helpful when we needed it.
Disliked: When I walked through the lobby from the front door, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the lobby and at the front desk. When I exited the elevator...same strong smell and poor ventilation. Somehow, our toilet got clogged right after we checked in. Called the front desk and asked for assistance. I was told she was the only one there and couldn't help?The next morning, I called down and was told someone would bring a plunger. It was there quickly and problem solved. The nighttime front desk person could have said, "Come down, and I'll get you a plunger." That's better than using the one toilet in our room hoping it doesn't overflow.

Liked: As every holiday inn express that I've stayed at, clean, comfortable, safe. I love that they have a fridge and microwave! I love how they are always conveniently located. My go to hotel! Always my 1st choice. This one did not disappoint!
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: The staff is not very friendly an at breakfast time they ran out of coffee and no one bothered to make more smh they was all on their phones smh.

Liked: I booked for 4 nights I dated one. Black mold on window frame and in blinds. Smell was awful. I went downstairs to tell them. They really didnt care. Said if I checked out that night I would still get charged. I slept work windows open. Horrible hotel.
Disliked: As soon as u walk in all u smell is chlorine from indoor pool. They have a home dehumidifier plugged in hallway. Not helping. They should be shut down a get rid of mold.
