Liked: Room clean and comfortable, breakfast good, hotel staff very courteous and location was in a safe area.
Disliked: Nothing, it was a fly by night trip only there from midnight to 10 am.

Liked: The staff was kind & accommodating. The room was comfortable & breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The cost of our stay was higher & almost double than it has been in the past. Their charges weren’t the same as I agreed on Bookings, it was more.

Liked: Helpful and pleasant staff, nice room and breakfast good with coffee also available all day.
Disliked: Felt it was a little expensive compared with other very similar ones we’ve stayed in during our 3 week visit to the USA that were $10-15 per night cheaper. However, would stay there again.

Liked: Beds are always comfy at Holiday Inn and breakfast is great!
Disliked: The first night we were there the room above us was so noisy and loud that we didn’t get much sleep. Tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working. Next morn I complained to front desk & they took care of it. Staff told me they would put extra points on my account.

Disliked: I paid for a king suite the first room I could hear the person upstairs walking so the gentleman changed my suite the next suite the tv didn’t work changed me to a queen room the heater didn’t work changed me another queen room that one was better
