Disappointing

Disliked: It smelled like smoke.

Liked: Breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional
Disliked: My total bill charged to my credit card was more than my confirmed reservation. I tried to get an adjustment at the hotel during checkout, but no go. The manager was supposed to contact me, again no go. Very disappointing.

Liked: It was Very Clean and had a Relaxed Welcome.
Disliked: I didn’t like the Key Card Use.. It’s 2024 hopefully soon they’ll go to the Tap and Open or By using your phone. I also didn’t like the Parking Lot. It is Extremely Small and tight spots.

Go somewhere else

Liked: I was charged for a deposit I still have nit received back. When I contacted the hotel, they blamed my banking institution l, stating they didn't take my type of card (but clearlyb did). The staff is obviously not knowledgeable about the policies and practices of the hotel. Staying here turned the special occasion of celebrating my 19th wedding anniversary into an unpleasant experience and I will never go back.

Disliked: I arrived late and there was no parking and everything was locked. I had to call and walk around the gate to get in. The breakfast was average.
