Liked: Staff friendly and helpful Bed pillows and mattresses was very comfortable. We slept great. I would love to know the brand of mattress that we slept on. It was very comfortable. Every time we stay in Jacksonville, Texas, we use this hotel!!!!
Disliked: Bathroom sink very slow draining Bath water temperature lukewarm not hot. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Other than that everything was good..
