Liked: Our AC stopped working during the night. It was completely horrible. It was 76 degrees in the room. When reported in the morning, only response was they would let maintenance know. Then we go to have breakfast and the pancake maker was broken. It was a long night and frustrating morning.
Disliked: Broken AC

Liked: Location was good, 15 min to Highpoint University
Disliked: Tub Spout/Diverter didn't work properly, The water came both from the shower head and spout. Booked a room with 2 double beds a week prior to arrival emailed and called several days prior and on the day of arrival to confirm room and room type and was told all was good and nothing to worry about. My wife and daughter received a king room and had to share the bed.

Excellent

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the comfy beds that just let you sink in.
Disliked: No Laundry on sight.
