Dirtiest and unmaintained Facility I...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: It was dirty, bugger/blood above door handle not cleaned, dried up silly string on the door frame crusted over and not cleaned, laminate floor in room was sticky, sink drained was separated and either dirty or possible rust? Most of the "water park" play pad parts need a lot of maintenance, 1/2 of it wasn'tfunctional, elevator landings were disgusting. Their "resturaunt" wants to charge you a ridiculous amount of money for food you can get at any hotel that serves a free continental breakfast. If you want to spend 11 bucks for eggs out of a carton and premade sausage your in luck, thats what they have.....It's dated, looks like they may have done some minor remodels.....but not worth it with how dirty it was. Kid swam, pool and play pond looked gross, boyfriend and I did not get in, hot tub produce 5-6 inches of foam on top of water when people entered....really grossed me out.......and to top it all off my card was charged twice for my stay for some reason, waiting for my refund.

Disliked: We were woken up at 7am by guests yelling up and down the hall. Kids running. Kids using there room as a jungle gym jumping etc. Pics in online ad was false advertising. Wasn't what was shown. And having to wait 10 days for a deposit return

This facility was very clean,...

Liked: They offered a nice selection in options, and the bar worker was very friendly and accommodating. Clean and inviting facilities, and they had cartoons on the TV for the kids.
Disliked: They had quite a few equipment issues, so no specialty coffees were available or fried potatoes. They were out of alot of the food options, so that did affect the nice selection on the menu. Short staffed, so that did cause a LONG wait to get served.

A below average stay.

Liked: Breakfast was poor. Food was sub standard.
Disliked: Wasn’t very clean and check in was slow

Amazing spot for a pool...

Liked: Breakfast was so good! Room was clean and updated, pool was great for the kids
Disliked: Shower never got beyond Luke warm

Take some time to get...

Liked: Kids splash pad and pool are was ok.
Disliked: Many areas were repainted poorly. Carpets felt dirty on stairs

Disappointing

Disliked: The hot tub jets and the whirl pool wasn't working. The water was disgusting. Over 50 ppl that didn't have wrist bands on. Which I said something to the front desk. The couple next to us were fighting and yelling. Which me and the grandkids had a hard time sleeping.

Do not recommend!

Disliked: Check in was unpleasant & took a very long time. Bed linens were starched and scratchy. It took over an hour to get breakfast. Other patrons were running the halls all day and night banging on doors. We couldn’t sleep. Hotel was understaffed and the stay was not at all worth the charge.
