Overall good stay; very friendly staff that are extremely helpful. We met O'Neal from the Bahamas working there and he was truly a very happy and engaging man. Good place to stay just needs a little updating on the details. We would stay again though.

Liked: Pool area was well managed and the employees were very friendly.
Disliked: Pull out couch mattress was all stained and black mold in the shower.

Disliked: Very disappointed. When we checked into the hotel, we went to our room and it was already occupied. They gave us another room went into the bathroom and and the toilet had been used and not flushed. It took 45 minutes to get our room.

Exceptional

Liked: I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel but there is nothing positive to report . If it hadnt been 2:00 am we would have checked out! The room was dirty, one of the beds was on the floor, dirty bathroom, towels thin & rough - pictures to
Disliked: Our last 2 stays have been @ Holiday Inn Express properties and they have both been poor - our opinion is they have downgraded to more of a Super 8 property. We have never stayed @ a Super 8 for comparison so it might be Super 8 is better!

Liked: The location. There are shops and restaurants right next to the hotel
Disliked: The first room I got have used towel on the bathroom floor and toys on the floor, the curtain also wont close. We switched to another room, this one also have used towel in bathroom and the water barely drain for the tub. Its super outdated.

Not too Shabby

Liked: The room itself was nice and big. The bathroom is off the side so there’s access from the bedroom and the living room area without them crossing. There’s even a little kitchenette. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. The hot tub was perfect. And the staff was nice.
Disliked: The pool was cold! The shower was a little slippery and my kiddo fell when she got in. The pull out bed for the couch was also kinda gross and looked like it had popcorn on the mattress. It didn’t have any sheets on it and just the mattress. While there were extra pillows on the top rack, they also didn’t have pillowcases and were slightly dirty. They kept running low on towels and only had ones for the pool which were slightly smaller than the regular towels.
