Disliked: The breakfast was plentiful and I was grateful for fresh fruit, but the hot food was warm to cold

Liked: The pool area and the breakfast staff.
Disliked: Maid service was questionable. For whatever reason one of the maids were in my room and stuck my child’s toothbrush to the floor in the bathroom. There had to be a child in the room with the maid unless a grown adult thought that it was funny to do that. The towels in the pool area are super small and scratchy. Also the beds were not that comfortable. My 7 year old didn’t like them at all .

Liked: The property is beautiful and in a really nice area. The walk-in shower was amazing, and the room was super clean. Breakfast was also really good. They had a full breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with the usual pastries.
Disliked: The TV was extremely out of date. I also booked a double room and ended up with a king bed and pull-out couch. It worked okay for my two kids since we were only staying one night. Otherwise, I would've had to change rooms.

Liked: The AC was making strange noises throughout the night. The shower handle was very hard to pull, and when I called the front desk, the lady said that she would send the maintenance man cause I probably was not pulling correctly.
