Liked: Breakfast was good. Despite our initial reservation being slightly messed up (Rooms on different floors) . It was remedied quickly by the front desk.

Liked: Location was good. The rate was fair
Disliked: The day staff was not friendly at all. The female receptionist looked angry to be there and annoyed by our questions. I asked her a question about restaurants in the area and she told me that I could just google it. The man that was serving breakfast was gruff and had an aggressive tone as well. He literally shut down breakfast right at 9, even though there were still people waiting in line. He also told one lady that he expects the guests to put the lid down on the egg container, versus just being kind and doing it himself. She said that she felt stupid or being talked to that way. The pool and hot tub was closed because they said that there was glass found in the bottom and when we asked when it might be fixed we were told that they don't fix things on the weekend.

Disliked: the water didn't get hot in the shower, it was just luke warm
