HORRIBLE!

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Everything. Unprofessional. They knew early morning that the room I booked for FIVE people was not available. They didn't notify me. I show up and they try to put me in a king size room, with FIVE PEOPLE! The fact I was not notified in a timely manner, so I could make other arrangements is ridiculous. The manager was of No help whatsoever, just stared at me, like what I wanted her to do? What about doing your job and alerting a paying consumer that what they paid for was not available and refund their money immediately! Now I have to wait days if not weeks for my refund and had to scramble to find a available hotel for my family and I.

Disliked: The pool was dirty and very old. The hallways and lobby was very dirty I was scared our room would be but our room was very clean. We were first given the wrong room upon arrival then our cards didn’t work. It was a bit of a flustered mess with a toddler but was easily taken care of.

Disliked: Please take the carpet up it makes the room stink. The dry wall was coming off the wall in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t stop running.
