Liked: Nice clean rooms
Disliked: Front desk lady was very rude! Checked in at 3am with my dog and stated in reservation commenting I had a dog. Go to breakfast at 6:30 and I was yelled at by new lady at desk saying I didn’t pay or say I had a dog! I said yes I did I just checked in a few hours ago she proceeded to make a scene and keep at it in front of everyone and then told me my dogs not welcome to go to breakfast with me. I watched several other folks take their dogs to eat with no mention to them. None were service dogs but I was singled out? I also must add my dog sat outside while I grabbed coffee for breakfast while others were allowed to be next to them so they would not be left in rooms unattended

Liked: I'm sorry. I didn't get a chance to eat breakast. I'm sure it was good, but I had to leave very early.
Disliked: It was snowing. There was a lot of ice on the ground. I didn't like that you all didn't clear the pathways to get in. I almost fell several times.

Enjoyable, cozy and fun!

Liked: Spacious rooms, and everything was so clean!!!
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit lacking but no biggie.

Nice but loud

Liked: The facility did seem clean. My room was nice. Kids enjoyed it however, our bathtub was not cleaned. Clocks were still an hour behind from time change and that had been a few weeks back so you knew no one had checked the room recently.
Disliked: I could hear the floor above us horribly. I actually went down to complain (which I have never done) about the noise. We were there for a volleyball tournament and needed to be up early the next morning. I waited until 8:15 to go down and complain. The lady stated “oh that’s the lady with 6 kids above you in 304”I wasn’t requesting any personal information, I wanted them to be quiet…. I could hear the people so well, I heard personal conversations. My 8 year old also learned every cuss word in the English language that night. Nice facility. Needs less noise. This was my first time at a comfort inn as I am a Hilton member (closest hotel to my volleyball menu) and this has turned me off to want to try another. Other than staff over sharing about other hotel guests, they were pleasant.
