Disliked: You hear everything outside the room going onThe breakfast could be better, instead of scrambled eggs they had omelets with veggies and omelets with a slice of cheese. I would have rather have had scrabbled eggs

Liked: The hotel was clean
Disliked: I prepaid for my room, the day before. I called day of at 5pm to confirm room 4 people and that I was having a late check in the person took my name and confirmed everything. Than when I arrived that night late with my 3 children the woman confirmed me gave me a key. When we went upstairs the room had 1 bed which I paid for 2 queens (I have 2 teenagers the size of adults and 1 child) when I went downstairs to tell her the problem she said the night manager bumped me saying they only saw 1 person on the reservation and needed my double room. I said no I had confirmed and they continued to tell me no or state they can cancel for free. I said I just drove 12 hours and have to drive another 12 hours and there are no rooms available anywhere all hotels are booked. She than called the manager again and all of a sudden my room was available. I've never had a problem booking through booking.com who they blamed completely with no apology on their end. The hot food in the morning was not good by anymeans compared to other holiday inns I've stayed at. At this point idk if I'll use booking.com or holiday Inn ever again. The hotel clerk tried to state booking.com didn't send right people and the hotel was over booked. I don't believe at all because I called day of at 5pm (check in was 4pm) and confirmed all information with the 2nd shift clerk for my room. One minute they had no rooms available and after refusing to accept that because no way could we fit all of us in 1 bed all of a sudden our room was available. Whoever your night shift manager was that night tried bumping me for other people who may have been paying more or something idk. I didn't do a pay at the hotel I paid in full before my reservation. At 1130pm and 12 hours of driving with 3 kids having to argue for a room I paid $250 was insane to me.

Disliked: There was a bright spot light out side our window all night. A parking lot light.The pool water was cold.

Disliked: Cost. Why in the world are hotels so expensive all of a sudden? Nearly $300 for a holiday inn express is borderline robbery
