Liked: I love the staff especially the breakfast and house keeper staff. Best stay for sure !!!! The coffee and water was amazing
Disliked: My husband begin cramping and I needed mustard. There was no mustard available and all the stores were closed around this hotel. FYI please get all items needed before 11pm or drive 8 miles towards town for the 24 hour Holiday store

Disliked: The whole reason we booked was for pool hot tub and water slide for grandkids. The water slide was taken down since last time we stayed, hot tub closed for repair. When I complained at desk about slide, they were not helpful. When I discovered hot tub closed and went back to front desk, only then I was told we could use pool facilities at lifetime fitness center. We did use the facilities and it was nice, but it required packing up grands to go there. Would have booked elsewhere if we knew that facilities at hotel were not available or functional as we wanted the convenience of not having to bundle up in winter each time to have water fun. Hotels cleanliness was lacking in room, and mattress was old and soft with no back support. Will never stay here again as we come from Michigan to see grands couple times a year and have stayed here 2 times before.
