Liked: Charged for this hotel and didn't even stay here. The manager agreed to cancel my reservation for free because they didn't have a two bed suit and after I left the property I was charged the full amount of the hotel!
Disliked: The hotel did not provide the accommodation I requested online and booked. When at the hotel they had no other accommodations that would fit my family. The manager said we would not be charged and can leave and find another accommodation. Days later, I see my credit card has been charged and we did not stay here.

Superb

Liked: The amenities. Loved that it has a pool, breakfast and laundry on each level. The mini fridge in rooms and appearance of room. The sheets are my favorite, so soft! The air conditioner is quiet so you can be comfortable without being annoyed.
Disliked: The hot water did not work. The house keepers tried to fix it but was a boiler room issue. Fixed 15 mins later, was told it would take 5 mins to heat up, but took 25 min. At 40 mins was told to leave since past checkout time. Same people. Only 2/3 showers

Disliked: A/c quit in the middle of the night and the hvac unit started beeping around 2 am and kept beeping non stop. Sleep was aweful.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was not as clean as it should have been. Someone propped open a side door during the night with a beer can which made us feel in uneasy. Homeless person showed up at breakfast. F word was used in-front of my child by hotel staff
