Liked: Location is excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel was in the middle of a remodel so it was kind of torn up. Website said there was no fees for pet but when I arrived I was charged a $50 dollar fee plus $100 deposit.

Liked: I loved the dove soap. It makes you feels so much more clean after our hike. Staff was so attentive to the breakfast area. Very nice staff that go above and beyond making you feel welcome.

Liked: We stayed on the 3rd floor and the renovations were mostly complete. The new rooms were beautiful and clean.
Disliked: We had no notice that the hotel was under renovation. It really made us questions the choice we made. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. This will be very nice when completed but no notice was disappointing.

Disliked: After first day, no hot water for remainder of our stay.Smells of strong chemicals at times.

Disliked: The construction equipment and supplies could have been better organized. The pool area was filled with boxes and almost unusable(also super cold water).
