Liked: Staff were all pleasant & positive. Rooms & inside spaces were very clean (guests were a little messy in parking lot.) Nice hot breakfast. Good water pressure & hot water in showers. Full cleaning even for a short 2 night stay. Well worth the price.
Disliked: Builders aligned hotel parallel to verrry nearby interstate lanes. Odd number rooms require leaving the HVAC fan or other white noise going. This is a bargain brand, so sink counter is tiny, hanging space is open and very limited.

Disliked: The room was very sterile, no feeling of comfort at all. The tub was all marred up so could not take a bath. Not a room you would want to relax and hang out in.

We had a great stay....

Liked: The stay from start to finish was excellent! The lady who checked us in was very professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast. We could not have asked for a better location. It was very close to everything and walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. We were so pleasantly surprised. We had never heard of this hotel chain but will definitely recommend to others and stay again. Thank you!

Excellent value stay

Liked: Clean, comfortable beds and rooms, good breakfast, easy to use TVs, the better with which to watch the Elite 8 basketball tournament - in the age of internet TV with balkanized services, I have come to appreciate hotels that can deliver actual over the air mainstream televised sports.Also loved the dining options nearby - steakhouse and Cracker Barrel - made it easy to feed the fam.
Disliked: Not much - if we ever dive the Blue Grotto or Devil's Den, this where we'll stay again.
