Liked: Comfortable bed room had tv microwave fridge and desk and office chair
Disliked: Turned down 1 st room service and had to ask for second service

Disliked: Rooms are in very poor condition. The whole hotel is so ran down. False advertising which i will be very vocal online about sharing my feedback. That said they have a bar at the hotel. The employee said that it never opens. He said it has been closed for as long as he can remember.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible! Website for hotel claims hot breakfast. The only thing hot was a pack of instant oatmeal and hot water! Only had cereal and bread/muffin. Room cleanliness questionable as old/gross food was in room frig.

Excellent trip, would go back...

Liked: The fitness centre was well enough equipped. The Bed was very comfy. The shower was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had a noisy neighbour for a couple of nights but the staff were very helpful and accommodating helping me move room
Disliked: Edit: Unfortunately the fact that I have been charged twice for my hotel room has somewhat soured the otherwise excellent experience.

Liked: Location was very good for going to the Medieval Times dinner.
Disliked: The breakfast was rather sad. Cereal and milk with toast was about all available.

Liked: Convenient location for us. It was a place to sleep during our convention.
Disliked: Rooms were dated. Shower curtain torn. Carpet was stained in places. No breakfast to speak of.

Liked: It was in a very quiet area.
Disliked: My key became deactivated several times during s three day stay. I lost count of how many times it was replaced.

Disliked: There were stains on the blankets and pillows. Broken furniture and lights that didn't work. Shower was stained and gross enough that u didn't take a shower. Breakfast was minimal! Every other Radisson I've stayed at had exceptional breakfast.
