Brief overnight stay returning home...

Liked: Very quiet. Sign at front desk reinforced the “quiet time” expectations. Quality of front desk staff.

I won’t stay there again.

Liked: The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the hot water took a long time to get hot, the base around toilet was dirty, baseboards around room were dirty, their was a hole in the ceiling and finally you could tell damage was done to the room and it was painted over.
Disliked: Wi-Fi

Disliked: Walls are very thin, heard doors slamming all night, disturbing my sleep. Next day could hardly walk down the hallway because housekeeping had totally cluttered it with dirty linen and housekeeping carts. And room was really overpriced, not to have the luxury of quietness.

Disliked: The hotel phone in room does not work. I first had to call from my cell to ask when the loud music at 11:30pm would stop and they explained it would end at midnight when the bar across the street closed. After midnight I had to call the manager because someone was screaming and banging on the door on our hall cussing the person who was inside to let them in. The manager went up and tried to resolve the disturbance. I called 9-1-1 when it continued to escalate and they said they had officers here. They took the man and at 1am came back up repeatedly banging on the door for the people inside to let them in. We came with our high school chorus group so all the teens are terrified! Zero sleep!!

Liked: Breakfast was good and had a lot of options!
Disliked: When we checked in they told us we couldn’t have a late check out because we booked through booking.com. I would have believed that but we’ve booked through this site many times before and places have allowed a late check out. On top of that we went to a room that that told us was ours and when we walked in someone was clearly still staying in that room as there was things unpacked in the bathroom and a suitcase out so we had to walk all the way back down to the desk with our things and get another room. So obviously they weren’t really worried about some people checking out on time. Then our room was very warm all night, we tried to coolIt down with the air but it was not very effective.

Bait and switch, no refund.

Disliked: I booked and prepaid for a hot tub room.I was informed there was a problem and was told to cancel through booking.comThe so-called discount price was the same as the regular price, plus I have yet to be refunded.This is a classic bait and switch tactic so I am done with holiday Inn and booking.com.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Advertised a sofa bed but they did not have one. Had to change rooms to a double. Shower faucet leaked and dripped all night long. Ugh.
