I would definitely return!
Liked: The breakfast was excellent! One of the best I have had lately. The size of the room was very nice. It even had a beautiful mountain view! The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. So close to everything!
Disliked: The hotel is very nice. A few things need a little bit of work. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures could use some repair and updating. However, the property is very clean and there are little signs everywhere indicating that they are in the process of renovating while not disrupting our stay. I would agree that they are doing that. I have stayed in other places that were in renovations where the stay was disrupted. This place was great: quiet, neat, clean, etc.

Liked: The location is right next to the hospital and about 3 minutes from "downtown". Very clean rooms and helpful staff.

absolutely horrible

Disliked: this hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the room we were staying in. The carpet was wet and had previous stains all over the entirety of it. The shower barely worked, and it would flood the floor every time it was turned on. There were hardly any lamps in the room that worked. the entire hotel is absolutely disgusting. The breakfast that is included is unclean. The hard-boiled eggs that were offered were coded in hair from the cooking staff. The elevators going up to the room smelled like cigarettes and hardly worked. The floor of them were absolutely disgusting. We are so disappointed that we spent money to stay at this place. Nothing was clean and up to standard. We are very disappointed in Booking.com for not showing accurate details of this place. We are very disappointed
