Liked: We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable. The location was really convenient. What more can we say? Loved the hotel!

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, location very convenient and numerous breakfast options.
Disliked: Pool was extremely cold and hot tub jets were not working.

Bad

Disliked: The front desk staff and management were extremely rude. I started crying because I had to pay for two reservations because the hotel didnt receive the modifications from booking.com. I chose holiday inn every time I need to book a room and have never been greeted with such disrespect.
