Liked: The location was good and staff was helpful.
Disliked: The very reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and the heater was broken and it was unbearably cold. It was so cold that my daughter couldn't stay in for more than 5 minutes. Even outside the pool in the room was freezing. My daughter was so upset!

Liked: Bigger room than TRU across the street. For the discounted price, it is not bad.
Disliked: Breakfast was always the same and containers always empty. Do not count on breakfast.

Liked: The location
Disliked: No soap in bathroom my room smelt like an ash tray and the elevator didnt work and staff was rude to us after breakfast started taking food as we were getting it.

Liked: The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating, explained the breakfast area, quietest rooms and smelled so refreshing . The room had the best beds and pillows I was pleased at the cost, cleanliness and friendliness.
Disliked: If anything maybe the outside entrance needed to be cleaned and more presentable and maybe ditch some of the plastic flowers around the lobby area .

Disliked: Quality of breakfast food

Liked: Good linens/towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking, good location.
Disliked: Room not super clean, housekeeping never cleaned or changed sheets (11 night stay). Breakfast was not always available if staff didnt come in that day. In a fairly empty hotel, kept putting people right next to me/adjoining room that were loud.
