Disliked: Hotel is in desperate need of an update, which is slated for 2025. Sofa and chair cushions in our suite were uncomfortable but bed was good. Elevator had issues on several days during our 6 day stay. We were also charged for parking

Liked: Pleasant staff. Good looking hotel. Clean and bright. Good location for Stadium and Old Town.
Disliked: Was called a suite but doors between bedroom and sitting room has a full door glass panel. So no privacy between rooms and couldn't watch TV in sitting room while companion was asleep - too much light. No fan in enclosed bathroom. Very damp after shower.

Disliked: Been to many Holiday Inn /Express facilities and normally impressed. This particular one failed in quality which was a total surprise/disapointment based upon my previous experiences and the price for this one. The furniture needed an update and replaced.
