Disliked: Major renovation, so amenities were not available - business center and coffee bar. Room was not completely serviced every day. According to staff, full cleaning is only conducted every 5th day. Homeless were in lobby for several hours each morning.

Disliked: They were renovating, the breakfast was horrible, room was not cleaned nor fresh towels delivered. The morning I left the was a homeless woman camped out in the lobby. I won't be back.

Liked: It was close to event I was attending the next day.
Disliked: The staff who checked me in was rude and combative, when I asked for the manager he started she was not working that night but he would tell her all about me.

Disliked: The water was off for the first 24 hour of my stay. This was a huge inconvenience as I could not shower or even go to the bathroom in my room.
