Comfortable and a good value

Liked: Very good value. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and there was a nice variety for breakfast. Location was perfect for my needs. Didn’t speak with many staff but they were friendly and helpful.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Pool is small, but the hot tub was very nice. We were in town for a college visit, and we had easy access to Amherst, Hampshire, and Northampton.
Disliked: Accessing the property is a little awkward: depending what direction you're coming from, you have to take a u-turn and then drive down a narrow frontage road to make your way back to the property. It's not hard, but when we arrived it was dark and a little confusing.

A nice place to stay

Liked: Our room was clean and comfy and met our expectations. The breakfast was well-stocked with typical, simple, hot and cold breakfast foods. The staff was friendly.
