The hotel staff was awesome and the facilities were very clean. Very nice hotel. Convenient to everything we wanted to visit while in El Paso.

Disliked: Occupants in adjoining room left an unattended dog in the room. It began to bark and howl. Hotel should require that pets always be accompanied.

It was so quiet and nicely set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was very comfortable and roomy. I will definitely be staying here again!

Horrible

Liked: Had to call Corporate complaint dept. I'm 73 and was not told to here were NO elevators. Had to lug 6 bags upstairs. Was promised a cart, but it never arrived. Front desk was very unsympathetic. NEVER AGAIN!
