Liked: Very enjoyable stay; enjoyed shuttle service and the bar later in the night.

First time there and I really enjoyed my stay!! Very nice and professional staff, great location, clean rooms, and I loved the shuttle service!! The offered to take us to dinner and back! Wonderful shuttle service, less stress and gas money for me! I will totally stay there again!!

Since we were visiting somebody...

Liked: We were visiting a relative at nearby Mercy Hospital. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The breakfast available was a very simple sandwich, a piece of fruit and coffee. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly. It was set for a specific temperature and it never did cool down to that temperature in the two days that we were staying.

Liked: Location close to Hyvee Hall. Rooms were comfortable. Meals on premises were very helpful. Shuttle to Hyvee Hall was very convenient. Drivers Johnny and Mike were great.
Disliked: The girl at reception was very rude. (I think her name was Angie) She spoke so fast that she couldn't be understood over the phone. Hung up on us on 3 different occasions when 3 different persons in our company asked her to repeat what she said. We waited 45min for a shuttle and eventually walked from Hyvee Hall to the hotel. No big deal, but 2 persons had the flu and bad chests, worsened by the cold air. It was different when she was not on duty.

Disliked: TV didn’t work. Phone to call front desk and ask about TV didn’t work. Bad parking for large vehicles and a lot of outside noise. Sirens loud cars ect

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Didn't like the fact I had to pay for it. Did really like the shuttle bus. Mike was great disappointed that it did not have it's night buffer they offered that was one of the reasons we stayed there
