Your hotel is amazing but...
Liked: Room is always clean and sheets are very comfortable
Disliked: My check in process was horrendous staff and manager didn’t welcome me. I wasn’t treated like they cared to assist me. This is the first time I’ve been treated this way. I told them the reservation was made by me for me and my spouse but he was on his way and they refused to check me in even though it clearly stated on the third party confirmation that I made the reservation which I showed them on my phone. Also I used my cc to book it and I told them. I had to sit for an hour in the lobby to call booking so they could add me officially and even though the customer service rep was on the phone and added my name to the reservation they still didn’t want to check me in. I called my spouse on speaker and they front desk guy and Tammy still gave me a hard time. It’s always a breeze checking in and these reps just wanted to give me a hard time. Even while I was sitting waiting on customer no one asked if I was ok or getting through they treated me as if I didn’t deserved to be at a hotel. I almost felt scrutinized. They scorned my id passport as if I was nobody. I didn’t appreciate the treatment I received from these two reps. I’ve always watched how this guy treats people of his same race and it’s never good this is why I’m always trying not to check in with him on my visits to the hotel. This time the other person was busy even though she was of no help either. She said she was the new manager and that’s not how she did things. I guess dealing with people in a courteous manner wasn’t a part of her training. They were even talking about me in front of my face saying it had been quiet all day n now look what happened. Imagine how I felt knowing this isn’t your usual reaction to people at the hotel and there was no one to help. She eventually checked me in and handed me my cards and she didn’t say a word.
