Liked: It was clean. The staff was nice and the amenities were good.
Disliked: We were in a unit/room and were unable to turn the AC on. They stated that the whole building had to be set to heat due to the outside temperature. This caused it to be 76-78 degrees in our unit during our entire stay, which was uncomfortable to us.

Room was great but what...

Liked: The two bedroom suite was very nice and was a great size for me and my family.
Disliked: The cafe, bowling, and arcade were closed for two days of our trip which was not communicated until we arrived. That was extremely disappointing since it was a big reason why we booked this resort. The one activity that was open, the indoor pool, ended up getting closed one of those days as well. I don’t believe we received what was advertised.

Disliked: You cannot control your on A/C. The first night there it was 80 some degrees in our unit when it wasn’t even cold outside. It was hot in the room all weekend, asked for help with it and was given no help. Not staying here again.
