Liked: Location was perfect for an event we attended at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse
Disliked: For whatever reason, none of the housekeeping staff ever changed pur towels.or emptied the trash or did any kind of housekeeping during the 4 days we were there. I had to go and ask for clean towels and for new coffee pods for the in room coffee maker etc...so I don't know why they never cleaned.

Definitely wouldn’t stay or ever...

Liked: Location. Good location. Was right next to our event
Disliked: I paid up for a luxury room. The pictures showed a bright room with a nice bathroom. Glass shower doors. We got a dark dingy room with a dark bathroom with a dirty shower curtain and sticky floors. Had complementary breakfast. They never gave us coupons for it so we went and sat down to eat like normal and we got a bill. When I asked than they gave coupons that we didn’t need because we already eat. Horrible place.
