The hotel was perfectly adequate for just a one night stay for a show at Crossroads in Garwood. It was clean, modern, had a convenient shuttle, and was only 10 minutes from the venue! The only downside to the trip was that my door was directly outside of the elevator so I listened to people coming and going constantly. But in their defense, traffic that day was a mess and I was very late getting to the hotel!

Overnight Trip.

Liked: The room was big, had comfy beds and tons of towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier.
Disliked: Wished the hotel provided some slippers.

Disliked: I thought the rooms could have been cleaner. You could see layer of dirt under bed where vacuum could fit. Bathroom there were dead bugs on floor and hair on toilet left over from previous guests. Room desperately needs updating as do the hallways. We have stayed there before and our room was much nicer in other part of hotel. Staff was very nice. However, do not like generalized Holiday Inn booking site. Much rather talk directly to hotel. Woman very rude and hung up on me. Thank you to Booking.com to get me price advertised that Holiday Inn told me advertised price no longer available and they were charging me $100.00 more.

Liked: Location excellent. Staff didn’t seem to make me and my family feel their warmth and friendliness
Disliked: The front receptionist at front desk were not friendly at all. I hope they are not prejudice.
