This is a great hotel to stay at if you are going to see a concert at the Civic Center. Clean; cheery, helpful, friendly staff; good price; well decorated room; comfy bed and pillows. Convenient location.

The room was small but adequate for one person. The bed would have been small for two. Public spaces in the hotel were minimal. I would describe it as a 3 star hotel, not 3.5 stars.
